Most of the task we do in visual studio can also be done through shortcuts. Here are some shortcuts from msdn I found useful.
Navigation:
· Goto Line: Ctrl+G
o Brings up Go To Line allowing you to automatically jump to a line position

I changed the theme to my blog. I really like the new design, it's more user friendly. It's also compatible with most of the browsers, especially firefox, and ie7.
